WATCH: Hardik Pandya’s outrageous no-look ramp shot oozing class and skills

The swagger and class on this shot were out of this world, and Hardik made this shot look easy, even though it wasn’t as easy.

Hardik Pandya played a no-look ramp on the third delivery of the 12th over, showing terrific skillsets and a high confidence. It was an outrageous shot from the all-rounder who was in a mood during the first T20I between India and Bangladesh in Gwalior.

Taskin Ahmed bowled a back-of-a-length delivery angling into the batter’s body, and Hardik just arched back and played a ramp over the wicketkeeper’s head for a boundary. Hardik held his pose and didn’t even bother looking where the ball was heading; he was sure of it reaching the fence, and it did.

The swagger and class on this shot were out of this world, and Hardik made this shot look easy, even though it wasn’t as easy. He held his pose for the cameramen, who would have a nice angle to capture the best shot in a game full of high-quality shots.

Hardik played a few amazing shots throughout his short stay, but this one probably required the most skillsets. He just used the pace of the delivery and placed it where no fielder is generally put to earn another boundary and take India closer to victory.

Clinical India go 1-0 up in the series against Bangladesh

Looking at the match, India were clinical in all departments and played like a better team. From the toss to start with, everything went in their favour, and Bangladesh never really arrived.

Batting first, Bangladesh could only get to 127 and were bundled in 19.5 overs – thanks to terrific bowling efforts from all bowlers. Arshdeep Singh and Varun Chakravarthy got three wickets each, whereas Hardik Pandya, Mayank Yadav, and Washington Sundar got a wicket each.

Later in the chase, Abhishek Sharma departed on a score of 16 due to an unfortunate run-out. However, Sanju Samson (29) and Suryakumar Yadav (29) stabilised the innings and played some gorgeous shots on their way to a 40-run stand.

Later, Hardik Pandya stole the show with an unbeaten 39 runs in 16 balls, including five boundaries and two maximums, at a strike rate of 243.75. Nitish Reddy also remained not out on 16 and completed the chase with Pandya to help India win by seven wickets.
