WATCH: Jarvo 69 AGAIN! The man is making a mockery of security in English grounds
For the third time in three successive venues, Jarvo 69 is back and this time with England batting, he was seen charging to the middle of the wicket to bowl, banging himself into a shocked Jonny Bairstow as security guys quickly caught up with him and dragged him off.
In a recent exclusive with Crictracker, Jarvo, whose actual name is Daniel Jarvis, had revealed the story behind his pitch invasion marathon.
“It’s a very long story. I was there with my friends at Lord’s and we were drinking. We could see the Indian players practicing and I thought I’ll have a chat with them between the balls and they talked like normal and I was like wow what fellas. They are not like the English team who’ll ignore you. The Indian players will chat back to you and we really like that. Then, I came with the idea of coming back as an Indian player. So, the next time, I got the kit and everything,” Jarvo said.
On multiple instances, Jarvo had gained attention for his antics, but it’s turning out to be not so funny with him actually posing dangers for players, who are in a bio-bubble. This time, he banged into Bairstow, making it all not so funny.
Jarvo is back on the field of play. And this time he’s physically bumped into Olie Pope. I hope nobody is seeing humour in it anymore. Appalling that he’s allowed to attend every game in this series. #EngvInd
