Virat Kohli calmly asked a group of Indian fans following the team’s net session in Melbourne not to speak as he focused on facing the bowling in play.
The Indian batting great was seen requesting this bunch of passionate fans glued to his practice nets not to murmur from behind his back as that causes him “distraction”.
In a clip doing the rounds, the ex-India skipper could be seen graciously telling this group of Indian fans not to talk loudly while he went about facing his team’s bowlers at the nets.
Virat Kohli yet again displayed his friendly side to his fans as at no stage did he look in anger or excessively annoyed by the noise coming from the back. The cricketer simply turned around and respectfully asked the group of cheering fans not to talk when he is about to face the delivery.
The amusing clip seen on Twitter is from the nets at the MCG ground in the build-up to the high-voltage encounter against arch-rivals Pakistan at the iconic venue on Sunday (October 23). Leaving no stone unturned for the much-anticipated clash, the former India skipper was seen preparing hard in the nets.

For one of the deliveries, however, he was compelled to turn around and ask a group of cheering fans not to indulge in excessive noise when he is just about to face up to the bowl since that causes him “distraction”.
“Yaar… practise ke time na bolo mat, distraction hoti hai (please don’t speak during the practise, it causes me distraction),” Kohli told to the fans who were clicking his pictures and creating the clip while urging him to hit the ball out of the park at the nets.
