The BCCI released the full list of players for the upcoming IPL 2022 auction on Tuesday. A total of 590 players will go under the hammer, comprising of 370 Indian and 220 overseas players.
Out of the 220 overseas players, 47 have registered from Australia, 34 from West Indies, 33 from South Africa, 24 from England, 23 from Sri Lanka and 17 are from Afghanistan.

Out of these 48 players, 17 are Indian while the remaining 31 are overseas players.

10 of these players are in the marquee set and franchises are expected to splash huge amount of cash on them. Punjab Kings have the highest purse (INR 72 cr) remaining and they will be interested in quite a few of these players.
The IPL 2022 Auction will take place in Bengaluru across two days – 12 and 13 February.
