WATCH: Virat Kohli stops security who tried to catch fans intruding pitch to take selfie

In an interesting incident at the end of day two of the day-night Test between India and Sri Lanka at the Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru, Virat Kohli was involved with the security guard and fans as commotion ensued.
A few fans had rushed onto the pitch to take a selfie with Virat Kohli. With the Bengaluru ground almost like his home ground after several seasons of Indian Premier League with the Royal Challengers Bangalore, Kohli has a huge fan base in the city.
This was evident when he walked in to huge roars from the crowd and he in turn enthralled them with gestures throughout the Test match.
In this particular instance which happened after play, Kohli was surrounded by a couple of fans looking to take a selfie with him and the security at the ground rushed in to stop the fans.
In a kind gesture, Kohli was seen stopping the guard with a gesture to sort of ‘let it be’ and to leave them alone, but the security was seen chasing them off.
