Sai Sudharsan earned a reprieve after Marco Jansen bowled a no-ball on the same delivery he dismissed him in the 2nd IND vs SA Test. On the third delivery of the 19th over, Jansen bowled a length delivery outside the off-stump line, to which Sudharsan edged, and the ball flew straight into the wicketkeeper’s gloves.

As South Africa started to celebrate, the dreaded siren rang, which meant the bowler had overstepped and couldn’t get a wicket. Sudharsan had started to walk off, but a timely no-ball helped him get another chance to make a substantial score.
