Rohit Sharma reacts to India’s batting stinker against New Zealand

Skipper Rohit Sharma rued India’s batting debacle on day two of the Bengaluru Test against New Zealand. Opting to bat first, India were bowled out for just 46 at the Chinnaswamy stadium, crumbling against the Kiwis pacers.

It was India’s lowest total in Test matches at home and the third-lowest overall.

Reacting to the batting performance that included as many as five ducks, Rohit said: “I am hurting to see this score of 46 as captain as it was my call to bat first.”
