ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier : Netherlands vs Kenya- Dream11 Fantasy Cricket Tips, Playing XI, Pitch Report, Team and Preview

Netherlands take on Kenya in the third game of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Qualifiers 2019. Both these sides are part of Group A and this is the first fixture for the duo in these qualifiers for the marquee-event taking place in Australia next year. With the amount of international experience in their ranks, the Dutch enter the game as overwhelming favorites but Kenya will look to show some fight as well as resilience and give a good account of themselves in this match.

Weather Report:

Mostly sunny conditions with no chances of rain and temperature ranging around 34 degrees Celsius expected during the course of the game.

Pitch Report:

It should be a good batting track but will slow down a tad bit as the match progresses, which will bring the slower bowlers into play. A score ranging in-between 150-160 could prove to be a competitive total on this surface.

Injuries:

No major injury concerns reported.

Probable Playing XI:

Netherlands:

Max O’ Dowd and Colin Ackermann will hold the key in the batting unit whilst the all-round abilities of Ryan ten Doeschate bring a certain balance to the side. They have considerable depth in their batting department with Roelof van der Merwe adept at scoring at a brisk rate whereas Paul van Meekeren is the pick of the Dutch bowlers.

Max O’Dowd, Tobias Visée, Colin Ackermann, Ben Cooper, Ryan ten Doeschate, Scott Edwards (WK), Pieter Seelaar (C), Roelof van der Merwe, Brandon Glover, Paul van Meekeren, Timm van der Gugten

Kenya:

Collins Obuya will take up the mantle of anchoring the inning for his side and will need to score the bulk of the runs.  Irfan Karim is a trustable presence behind the stumps and can chip in with handy runs with the bat in hand whilst Nelson Odhiambo should be among the wickets in this match.

Dhiren Gondaria, Alex Obanda, Collins Obuya, Rakep Patel, Irfan Karim (WK), Shem Ngoche (C), Sachin Bhudia, Lucas Oluoch, Pushpak Kerai, Nelson Odhiambo, Elijah Otieno

Top Picks:

Ryan ten Doeschate and Max O’ Dowd should be the first names on your teamsheet courtesy of their impeccable record in this format of the game. The former has scored 300 runs at a healthy average of 42.85 in T20Is for the Dutch while the latter has registered four fifties in 11 T20Is this year. Colin Ackermann is a must-have as he offers an ample amount of value using his dual expertise. Rakep Patel and Ben Cooper also need to be picked in your fantasy side.
